Tejon Region, Southern California
The Tejon region of southern California is the only place where the Sierra
Nevada, Mojave Desert, San Joaquin Valley and Southwest Coastal Ranges
converge. As you can imagine it’s an area of great diversity, although I have
been particularly taken with its rolling grass hills pockmarked with stately oak
trees. So far I only have one good photo from the Tejon region, which I took
recently while passing through, but I have placed the area at the top of my
list of locations to revisit and explore more thoroughly with hiking boots
and a camera. So check back periodically for more photos from Tejon.
