Eagletail Mts., Arizona
The Eagletail Mts. west of Phoenix include, among many other
things, towering Courthouse Rock, which appears in most of
these
photos. In the spring these mountains are also a great place to see
desert wildflowers, especially Lupins, Owl's Clover and Brittlebush.
If you're
looking for beautifully wild Sonoran Desert scenery
relatively close to the Phoenix-metro area without the
crowds, the Eagletails are the place.
