Greater Monument Valley Area
Agathla Peak, Church Rock and the Mitten Buttes
East and West Mitten Buttes are the most iconic rock formations in
well-known Monument Valley on the Navajo Nation in northern Arizona.
However, surrounding the monument are countless other rock formations
such as Church Rock and Agathla Peak that don't get nearly as much
attention but are no less spectalar. This page also includes one
photo taken near the Navajo Community of Tsegi.
